Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, and my dedicated practice has helped me a lot with my journey to self-love and self-discovery.. to wholeness! I found yoga to be a very effective tool, helping me connect to my inner strength and power physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yoga and meditation has helped me become more present, aware, and breath-full. It has helped me move from my head to my heart, and to come from the heart when dealing with the world. It has helped me find love, peace, and joy — all within me! It has been my ‘friend’ throughout my struggles with mental health. All this, has sparked my desire to complete a 200HR RYT with Karma Yoga in 2015. On May of 2021, I have completed my Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark which transformed my way of teaching to a more functional approach.

I am deeply passionate about sharing all that I have learned and continue to learn throughout my journey. In my classes, I love to combine creative and powerful sequencing with mind-body awareness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice in Vinyasa, and an allowing, gentle, and mindful practice for Yin Yoga.

I intend to hold space for you to feel, connect and come back to that sweet stillness within you, one breath at a time.
