Feelings are for feeling

I am such a feeler.

..And I love writing about it.

So here’s another one..

Feelings are for feeling.

One of the main reasons why so many people are unhappy is because they think they’re ALWAYS supposed to be happy. The moment they’re not, something must be wrong.. WRONG!

Another one is pain. When we feel pain, we feel like we’re doing something wrong and we label ourselves as weak. Pain isn’t meant for fixing, deflecting, hiding, numbing, nor ignoring! It’s meant to be felt. In feeling is healing!

As huemans, we have to feel it all.. as painful as it may be. And I know it’s easier said than done.. it’s not always easy, but it’s how we move forward. It’s how we go deeper and get more intimate with ourselves and with others.

Another thing we do is, we try to make sense of what it is we’re feeling. Maybe, they’re just meant to be felt? You can’t really make sense of a feeling, you just have to feel it.

Feel it all.

We are imperfectly imperfect. It’s what makes us all beautiful. It’s what makes us human.

Now be in your body, move it! Groove it! Love it!
